Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
• Non-refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and personalized products are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
